León is a city which has 120.000 inhabitants and 39 km2 approximately, and it`s located in the North-West of Spain.
It`s a beautiful and relaxing place which has a rich variety of art movements, interesting museums and small but pretty parks.
About the weather, we could say that León is not a warm city. In summer, it`s not very hot (approximately 25 degrees), and in winter it`s very cold and most times it coulds rain and snow.

I would say "explain to you" instead of "explain you." In the context of the sentence, I would probably say instead, "we are going to tell you about Leon and explain what everyday life is like," or something similar.
I would also say simply "Leon is a city of 120,000 people, and the size of the city is 39 km2."
Also, pretty is usually seen as something of an informal word in English, so you might say instead "small but beautiful," but that might just be me. ^_^
I would rephrase the last sentence, "and in winter it's very cold and it often rains and snows."

It is mostly well written. There are a few corrections I would make. "explain you a little about how Leon is and how is the way of life here" I would write this as "explain a little about Leon and our way of life"

Generally, most sentences have the subject before the verb, unless it's a question. So instead of "how is the way of life here," it should be "how the way of life is here."
